Music Festivals

In addition to producing my own events, I freelance across various major music festivals, contributing my experience in production, talent management, ADA accessibility, event operations and more. Working behind the scenes at some of the biggest festivals in the country has allowed me to develop very strong skills in event coordination, artist relations, and logistics, ensuring that both performers and attendees have a memorable experience.

            Roles & Responsibilities

Production Assistance - Support stage crews, handle artist sound checks, and ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.

Talent Management - Assist with artist hospitality, coordinating schedules, and ensuring performers are taken care of from arrival to departure.

ADA (Accessibility) Coordination - Oversee viewing platforms for disabled guests, ensure accessible seating and access shuttle services.

Event Operations/Guest Services - Manage credentials, direct crowd traffic, and ensure festival logistics run smoothly.

Freelancing at festivals has strengthened my ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, problem-solve on the fly, and work collaboratively with industry professionals. Whether managing artist logistics, ensuring accessibility for all attendees, or learning the ins and outs of live event production, these experiences have shaped my understanding of what it takes to bring a festival to life. Below are some of the most recent music festivals that I've had the honor to contribute to.

    Lollapalooza (2024)

With over 500,000 attendees at last year's Lollapalooza, I was responsible for managing ADA platforms, ensuring they were properly staffed and accessible throughout the event and the headliner acts (Future, Metro Boomin, SZA, Chappell Roan, & Meg The Stallion). Chappell Roan also broke the record for largest set of all time.

    The Roots Picnic (2024)

At The Roots Picnic, I worked as a Talent Liaison, assisting artists and their teams before and after performances. From different DJ's, to Method Man and Sexy Redd. My team was the direct point of contact for artists, ensuring their needs were met throughout the festival

    Gov Ball (2024)

Governors Ball & The Music Forward Foundation provided a unique behind-the-scenes experience, where myself and other students shadowed the festival's production team, learning about the intricate details that go into executing a large-scale music event

    Sea Hear Now (2023)

At Sea.Hear.Now, I worked as part of the ADA (Accessibility) team, ensuring that festival goers with disabilities had an accessible viewing experience. In addition to my work in ADA, I was also involved in general Guest Services production.
